Yoga Classes

Since we can't possibly teach all the varieties of yoga, we've put together an offering of classes we think offer the best learning experience. As always, if you don't see a particular type of Yoga you enjoy or have questions, please send an email to Tish Niffenegger, the Group Exercise Director.

All of our yoga classes are perfect for both men and women and most of the classes are perfect for any level of experience. Class schedules are updated each month at 12:01 AM.

*Fitness First no longer provides yoga mats for our members due to health related issues, however you may bring your own mat or purchase a yoga mat at a cost of only $13.95.
