1. When will my order be processed?
In most cases, once you place an order, we will process your item(s)
within 24 hours.
2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Depending upon your zip code, most orders should be received within
a few days after processing. All orders are shipped via UPS.
3. Do you ship orders outside of the United
States?
No, currently we do not ship outside the US.
4. Do you ship to military address or P.O.
Boxes?
We are sorry but currently we DO NOT ship to Military addresses
or to P.O. Boxes at this time.
5. Is your site secure?
Yes, any personal or credit card information you enter on our site

6. Which credit cards do you accept?
MasterCard and Visa.
7. What is your return policy?
Any item you purchase via this site may be returned for a full
refund to any of current 18 Fitness First locations, provided the
item has not been worn, laundered, stained or marked in any manner.

should I do?
