Job Description:
This is a full-time position. Compensation consists of salary, commissions plus bonus. The average Membership Salesperson earns $40K to $55K his/her first year. Benefits include health insurance coverage, vacation and participation in our company-matching 401K savings plan. The position leads to General Manager of one of our locations, where the income potential typically doubles.
Responsibilities:
Consult with appointments and walk-ins to learn their fitness goals, tour them throughout the club and sell memberships. Become instrumental in their fitness quest and earn their referrals by providing training; motivational support.
Requirements:
Must be fitness-oriented and have worked out regularly on health club-type equipment. Sales experience preferred, but will consider the right personality. Our sales and marketing approach stands out within the industry, and our training program is unmatched.

Job Description:
Fitness First Health Clubs is seeking personal trainers and PT Directors, to join the fastest growing in-house personal training department. With over 60k members throughout 16 locations, Fitness First has grown their personal training department exponentially in just 2 short years. Morning, afternoon and evening hours available.
Responsibilities:
Must be certified and able to sell the product of good health through personal training. Personal Trainers train/instruct clients, track progress of clients, assist Personal Training Directors in upgrades and renewals of clients, as well as assist in booking members into training orientation.
Requirements:
Must be confident, knowledgeable and have at least 6 months experience. Applicants may subject to background check. Compensation: $18-30 an hour (30 min. sessions) plus commission. Personal Training Directors must have management and sales experience. Must be able to meet or exceed sales quota, manage entire PT Department within club. Work closely with club GM to grow training revenue and provide high level of customer service to clients. Salary,commission, bonus, 401k, and health benefits.
