The Tysons Corner, Virginia location, one of our newer clubs in Northern Virginia, offers the same great service and professional management as our other 16 locations. The club is conveniently located on the 2nd floor (free parking in the building ) of the PNC Bank Building, 8150 Leesburg Pike (Rte. 7), just a block west of Tyson's Corner Mall. The club features all of the amenities and services you expect from a health club, but for much less than any other club in the area, guaranteed!

In addition to new indoor Keiser cycling bikes, Fitness First Tysons Corner features a broad spectrum of cardiovascular equipment including five different types of ellipticals, Jacob's Ladder, VR (virtual reality) bikes and more. Various conditioning equipment includes; Prowler, sleds, training ropes, kettlebells, slosh pipe, farmer's walk handles, weighted vests, jumpstretch bands/chains, and a variety of foam rollers and other myofascial release tools. Tysons Corner also has a reverse hyperextension and glute ham raise (GHR), a rare piece of equipment, usually not found in gyms of Northern Virginia.
