We are conveniently located in The Van Dorn Shopping Plaza, across the street from the BJ’s Wholesale Club on South Van Dorn Street. Alexandria offers a group exercise and cycling program with a wide variety of classes and time slots to suite your needs. The locker rooms are gorgeously appointed with ceramic tile and granite, along with steam and sauna in each locker room. We have convenient free parking and close proximity to shopping and restaurants as well as access to our personal instructors and a childcare room that is able to serve children of all ages.

Alexandria features two carefully designed levels with an extensive selection of cardio equipment, circuit and free weight equipment along with a variety of functional workout equipment including kettle bells and ropes. All of our cardio equipment is directly connected to satellite television, so you control the channel and volume from your own piece of equipment.
