Group Exercise at Fitness First
All our group exercise classes are taught by certified, professional instructors in an exercise studio separate from the rest of the club. Group exercise classes are one of the most popular feature at our clubs. Whether you are looking to improve flexibility, increase stamina or enjoy great cardio exercise, group exercise classes at Fitness First are a great addition to your membership. Get into shape, have some fun and make some new friends at any of our 16 locations, seven days a week.
Some of the more popular group exercise classes at Fitness First include, Step, Cardio Mix, BodyPump, Yoga, Pilates, Cycling and Zumba. As always, there is never a charge to sign-up for an group exercise or group cycling class. To attend a group exercise class, just show up at the group exercise studio before a class is scheduled to take place. Some of our most popular classes may require you to reserve a spot. In these instances, notation is made on the class schedule, denoted by an R for reservation required.
