This class is great for beginners and people who like to keep things moving! Three 20 minute intervals of easy to follow aerobics, step training and body sculpting. You'll really get a diverse workout experience with this class!

Abs & Butt

A class which combines core exercises for the abs and exercises for the glutes and hamstring muscles.

Abs & Glutes

This powerful class gets your heart pumping and works out your whole lower body. Special attention is paid to your legs abdominals and glutes. Sure to shape you up!

Abs & Sculpt

This class gives the participant a 20 minute abdominal workout combined with upper and lower body strengthening exercises.

Abs & Stretch

More than just "crunches." Challenge your abs in a whole new way. This class focuses on training the abs for trunk and postural stabilization. Followed by stretching, to improve flexibility and release stress.

Abs Blast

A 20 to 30 minute class with total focus on abdominal conditioning. An intense and concentrated workout for abs only.

Abs Express

A 30-minute class focusing on strengthening the abs and midsection.

Advanced Step

Challenge your mind and body in this step class that includes all the latest creative and advanced choreography moves.

Advanced Yoga

Relax strengthen and soothe your body and mind in this advanced level yoga class. You will increase your flexibility and strength through various postures and breathing techniques. This class will also instroduce more challenging poses for experienced yoga followers.

Aero Sculpt

This class combines high and low impact aerobics followed by 20 minutes of muscle sculpting.

Awesome Abs

A 30 minute class designed to work your mid-section to the max. Traditional trunk crunches as well as core stabilization techniques will be utilized.

Ball & Sculpt

This class utilizes the resist-a-balls, Spri bands, and free weights, to give you a total body work out. Strength, flexibility and core stabilization will be emphasized. Great for the beginner to advanced student.

Basic Step/Step I

This class picks up where the Learn to Step class leaves off. Exercises learned in the beginning class are expanded upon and are more challenging. Prepares you for the more advanced Step II class, among others.

Beginner Cycle

Receive an introduction to the cycling workout, bike set-up, terminology and formats.

Beginner Pilates

Especially designed for the new Pilates participant. The focus is on technique and learning sequencing of exercises.

Beginner Step

If you have never taken a step aerobics class before, this class is perfect for you. You will learn basic step terminology and become comfortable performing the various moves on the step.

Beginner Yoga

Appropriate for all levels, this class is an introduction to the basic asanas and breathing techniques of Hatha Yoga.

Belly Dance

As you learn this ancient art, you can express your femininity and tone, as well as strengthen and condition your body.

Bike & T.R.E.C.

30 minutes of spinning followed by an additional 30 minutes of treadmill work. All workouts are lead by an instructor.

Bliss Yoga

A great gentle class for individuals with special needs. In this class you'll discover a vibrant and long lasting way of identifying with your body, riding yourself of prolonged patterns of discomfort and misalignment. Emphasis is placed on correct postural integrity and the essence of the pose.

Body on Bosu

This intense Muscle conditioning class is on the BOSU forcing you to engage your core muscles throughout the class. You are sure to visible results

Body Sculpt

A non-impact, toning, and shaping class that utilizes light weights and Spri bands to work the major muscle groups through resistance training. This class is also perfect to do before or after a cardio workout.

Body Sculpt & Ball

A non-impact, toning, and shaping class that utilizes light weights, Spri bands, and the resist-a-ball.

BodyPump

The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats presses lifts and curls. Great music awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for and fast.

Bodypump Technique

The overall objective of a BODYPUMP Technique class is to explain the exercises in a typical class. This class provides the member an opportunity to ask questions regarding form for the exercises in a class.

Boot Camp

A no-nonsense military-style workout. Sprints, push-ups, abdominals, basic calisthenics, and weight training are all included in this intense class. Guaranteed to create rapid, body-changing results.

Capoeira

Brazilian martial arts workout. Self defense is combined with dance like movements to give you a great workout that packs a punch.

Cardio Camp

An all encompassing workout designed to produce total body results. This fast moving workout conditions your cardiovascular system and nearly every muscle group on your body! It’s perfect for intermediate through advanced levels.

Cardio Dance

Incorporates current dance moves with traditional hi-lo aerobics moves to keep you moving and having fun. A 45-minute cardio section is followed by ab and stretch exercises.

Cardio Dance (P)

Cardio Dance (Pilates): Incorporates current dance moves with traditional hi-lo aerobics moves to keep you moving and having fun. A 45-minute cardio section is followed by a 30-minute Pilates-based ab exercise.

Cardio Kick

Build your cardiovascular system through a series of martial arts-based moves.

Cardio Kick Boxing

This class mimics boxing and martial arts. First, you will go over basic moves in an aerobic format. Next you will perform various drills and combinations. You will be provided with wrist wraps and gloves to practice your punch! Please note that the intensity of this class can be modified for all levels of fitness.

Cardio Latino

Aerobic choreography that incorporates hot Latin and Brazilian dance.

Cardio Mix

A moderate, to high intensity workout that is great for fat burning and cardio conditioning. Aerobic choreography alternates between low and high impact movements followed by abdominal work. Geared to all fitness levels because you choose your own intensity.

Cardio Sculpt

The class incorporates the best of cardio exercise and sculpting moves. Guaranteed to increase your cardio endurance as well as muscle definition.

Chair Yoga

Stretch, relax, breath, and enjoy a taste of Yoga at a beginner level. A chair is used for this mostly seated class and available for balance during the short standing segments.

Choreo Aerobics

A high energy, dance aerobics class. Individual routines include many moves you already know, choreographed to a wide variety of songs from Bill Haley and the Comets, Pink, and the Smashing Pumpkins. Rule one is to have fun.

Circuit Training

(AKA Total Body Conditioning) An all encompassing workout designed to produce total body results. This fast moving workout conditions your cardiovascular system and nearly every muscle group in your body! It’s perfect for intermediate through advanced levels.

Core Power

Work your mid-section to the max. Challenge your abs in a whole new way. This class focuses on training the abs for trunk and postural stabilization.

Cycle & Pilates

30 minutes of cycle followed by 30 minutes of Pilates.

Cycle Express

A 30-minute spinning class for those short on time, but still wanting a great workout.

Cycling

A group exercise workout performed on a stationary bike. The class offers the latest cardio workout combined with great music and plenty of motivation. Please call the club the night before to reserve a bike. See reservation times at the bottom of the schedule.

Cycling Express

Same as our regular cycling class except this class is shorter in length by 15 minutes -- 45 minutes total.

Double Step

Use two steps instead of one! This class gives you the challenge of incorporating two steps into your step workout. For intermediate to advanced participants. Twice the fun!

Fitness Yoga

A flowing yoga program which focuses on using breathing techniques to move rapidly from one pose to another to increase the heart rate. Classes focus on upper-weight bearing exercises, lower-body strengthening, torso stability and balance.

Forever Fit

This class is a step up from the "Easy Does It" class. Participants will be challenged with an increase in intensity and weight training.

Gentle Yoga

Emphasis placed on breathing and body alignment, while focusing on the spiritual, as well as the physical dimensions of yoga. The various poses develop flexibility and strength while maintaining an inner peace. Students are encouraged to practice within their limits, be patient and develop slowly and carefully. The class ends in a deep relaxation, usually followed by a short period of meditation.

Going Ballistic

This class utilizes the resist-a-balls to give you a total body workout. Strength, flexibility and core stabilization will be emphasized. Great for beginners or advanced students.

H.I.T. Boot Camp

High Intensity Training Boot Camp is an excellent group fitness class that incorporates the hard work and discipline of military style Boot Camp. The class will incorporate just about every strength training aspect from plyometric, isometric, isotonic, calisthenics, elastic resistances and more. There is no choreography to follow. You will never know what to expect when you come to class. You may even go outside!!! All in all, you will tons of fun!!

HardCORE Express

Hard CORE Express is a 30 minute intense Pilates-type core training class. Numerous abdominal exercises will be continuously performed using a variety of Pilates props. The class will improve abdominal strength and endurance.

Hatha Flow

Blend the classic hatha poses with the flowing movement of the breath pranayama to create an energizing and dynamic yoga exercise. This class is perfect for everyone to enjoy and will bring new levels of strength and flexibility to your body.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga classes will introduce you to basic breathing techniques and asanas necessary to achieve grace, beauty and balance. Instruction flows from Iyengar and Anusara traditions. The class ranges from mildly to moderately challenging, and emphasizes each individual's true expression.

HI LoStep

Part Hi lo and part step with lots of aerobic work and plenty of abs

Hip Hop

Move and groove to the latest dance steps put together in a low-impact aerobics format. This class makes working out fun by incorporating funky and fun steps. Join the fun!

Intro to Cycle

This class introduces you to cycling with a very low-key and informative approach. Bike set up and riding form are emphasized.

Kick Boxing

You'll shape your upper body with actual in-the-ring combinations, (i.e. jabs, hooks, uppercuts) as you work your legs with a series of kicks. Jump roping and abdominal work, round out this class. Please note that the workout intensity can be modified to any fitness level.

Kick Boxing (C)

Kick Boxing (Circuit): Kick boxing with a flare! Includes punches, kicks, plyometrics, and jump rope. All these techniques are incorporated to keep you moving and provide an awesome workout.

Kick Boxing (I)

Kick Boxing (Interval): Includes a series of boxing combinations (jabs, hooks, uppercuts, kicks) with intervals of aerobics(Hi/Low), moves (grapevines, jacks, knee ups, step touches, etc.) and low impact as well (swats, abs and sometimes hand held weights and floor work for resistance). Excellent for beginners and advanced levels because its easy to increase and decrease the workout intensity.

Kid's Aerobics I

A 30 minute fun-filled class with balls, jump ropes and fun music. For children between the ages of 2 1/2 to 5 years of age.

Kid's Dance

A new class for the children of our members. Bring the little ones to this 45 minute class of fun dance movements, games. Suited for boys and girls. Ballet shoes used but not required. No fee for this class.

Kid's Fitness

A fitness class geared towards kids 4-8 years of age. The class routine includes cardio work, light weight lifting, and games. Pre-registration and fee is required for this class.

Kundalini Yoga

The power of Kundalini Yoga comes from the Kundalini, an enormous reserve of untapped potential within each of us. By gradually and safely awakening this power, you will benefit greatly from an elevation in consciousness, promotion of physical well-being and an expansion of awareness. Latin Cardio

A moderate to high energy class with Latin moves (Merengue, Cumbia, Samba, etc.) mixed in with aerobic steps. Followed by core strengthening and stretch.

Serious leg & glute program designed to first build lower body foundation then chisel lower body muscles to produce great legs & glutes.

Martial Arts (S.D.)

Martial Arts (Self Defense): Kick Boxing presented in a whole new way! Learn the proper positioning & technique to make your punches & kicks more effective. Learn how to protect yourself, and get a great workout.

Mixed Levels Yoga

Offers students familiar with yoga and new students opportunities to explore yoga within their own abilities. Modifications on challenging postures are offered, and instruction focuses on details of each posture so that students can gain understanding of yoga asanas, including balances, basic inversions, back bends, forward bends, twists, breath awareness, and relaxation. Some vinyasa, or sequencing, of postures is integrated into each class.

Muscle Works

A complete muscle sculpting workout geared to produce terrific results. Expect to ask more of you body in this class.

Pilates

An series of exercises performed on a mat, based on the regimen designed by Joseph Pilates. This class is designed to improve flexibility, coordination, and posture, as well as increase awareness of proper body alignment and breathing. It is also designed to strengthen abdominal, leg, back and gluteus maximas muscles. This class is suitable for all levels of participants.

Pilates Express

A 30-minute mat Pilates class focusing on using the core in a variety of exercises to strengthen muscles and add flexibility.

Pilates on the Ball

A series of exercises performed on a mat utilizing the resist a balls, based on the regimen designed by Joseph Pilates. This class is designed to improve flexibility, coordination, and posture, as well as increase awareness of proper body alignment and breathing. It is also designed to strengthen abdominal, leg, back and gluteus maximus muscles.

Power Low Impact

A high intensity aerobic workout with very little impact. Enjoy traditional Hi/Lo chorography mixed together with dance moves. Guaranteed to make you happy and provide a great workout.

Power Pump

A terrific body sculpting experience!! Great for all fitness levels! A body-toning and shaping class, that utilizes light weights, bars, balls and bands, to work all the major muscles through resistance training. Perfect to do before or after a cardio workout.

Power Yoga

A flowing yoga program that focuses on using breathing techniques to move rapidly from one pose to another to increase the heart rate. Classes focus on upper weight bearing exercises, lower body strengthening, torso stability and balance.

Salsa Aerobics

Silver Sneakers® (C.C.)

Silver Sneakers® (Cardio Circuit): Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper-body strength work exercises using, hand held weights, elastic tubing, and a ball. Alternated with non-impact choreography. A chair is offered for support. Includes sretching and relaxation exercises. Sign up is required. 30 people maximum per class.

Silver Sneakers® I

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion and activity for daily living skills. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seating and or standing support. Sign up is required.

Silver Sneakers® M.S.

Silver Sneakers® Muscular Strength: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Step Hi-Lo

An excellent fat burner that includes lower body conditioning. Geared toward the experienced stepper, but can be taken by individuals at any level since modifications are offered throughout the class. Aerobic choreography alternates between high and low impact movements. Geared to all fitness levels because you choose your own intensity.

Step & Sculpt

A combination of movements on the step, followed by an extended muscle conditioning segment.

Step & Sculpt (B)

Step & Sculpt (Beginner): This class will give the participant new to step an awesome step workout followed by a strengthening and toning section. Get the best of both worlds in this total body workout.

Step & Sculpt (C)

Step & Sculpt (Challenge): An excellent fat burning class that includes 45 minutes of step followed by a challenging weight training segment that utilizes light weights, resistance bands and the resist-a-ball. Perfect for the intermediate to advanced participant.

Step I

T.R.E.C.

(Treadmill Resistance Exercise Conditioning) An instructor will lead you through a workout on the treadmill. You will receive motivation and encouragement so your workout will reach the intensity necessary to increase cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength.

T.R.E.C. Express

(Treadmill Resistance Exercise Conditioning) A 30 minute class. An instructor will lead you through a workout on the treadmill. You will receive motivation and encouragement so your workout will reach the intensity necessary to increase cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength.

Tae Kwon Do (B)

Tae Kwon Do (Beginner): An introduction to the Korean form of self-defense. Discipline, practice and dedication are emphasized is this class.

Tae Kwon Do (I/A)

Tae Kwon Do (Intermediate/Advanced): The art of self-defense in the martial arts format. You will work with a world-class instructor who will take you from beginner level status all the way to black belt. You may purchase a uniform from the instructor and there will be additional fees for belt testings and ranking. Members children ages 6 and up are welcome to attend classes and must participate in order to achieve higher belt status. Parents must remain in the gym while children take the class.

Tai Chi

Korean form of self defense that combines physical and spiritual unification through discipline and dedication. Get a great workout while learning self defense!

TBC

Total Body Conditioning- An all encompassing work out designed to produce total body results. This fast moving work out conditions your cardiovascular system and nearly every muscle group in your body! It’s perfect for intermediate through advanced levels.

TREK

A treadmill workout that is good for walkers or runners. This workout will incorporate hill climbs and pace walking or running and sprinting.

Turbo Kick is a workout that combines shadow boxing kick boxing sports drills simple dance moves and yoga in a party atmosphere. Turbo Kick is an interval based class that allows participants of any fitness level to participate. Participants will feel strong athletic hip and powerful

Urban Dance

A hot new cardio workout designed to make you sweat and your heart race.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

An active Hatha yoga class that flows through a series of postures linking breath to movement to enhance the mindbody connection. The class begins with gentle repetitive flows and progresses through sun salutations warrior poses and other sequences. Deep stretching and relaxation complete the class. Careful attention is paid to body alignment and breath awareness. Modifications and options are offered to accommodate the beginner to the more advanced yoga practitioner.

Vinyasa Yoga

This yoga class focuses on natural alignment, deep breathing and ends with meditation.

Wei Yoga

A unique combination of flexibility and strength utilizing yoga poses with light resistance will enhance spinal stability and boost stamina. This class is open to first time yoga students and long time practitioners. It will enhance bone density and in addition we will practice breath awareness and mind body connection.

YoChiLates

will strengthen and energize your body by doing a combination of Pilates Tai Chi and Yoga all in one class. By attending regularly you can improve your flexiblity strength and overall body awareness.
